- If within 7 days you are not satisfied with your Kickin' Ash purchase, you can contact us to arrange for a return minus the shipping and handling charges.
- All returns must be in excellent condition and contain all original product packaging and accessories.
- We cannot accept returns on eJuice/eLiquid, cartomizers, or atomizers. If you purchased a full kit, we cannot accept returns on these extra items. This part of your order will be deducted from the purchase price.
- If you are returning an item, please contact us first by clicking on the Contact Us link at the top of this page for instructions.
- Returns without first contacting us will be rejected and shipped back.
- Merchandise on Clearance or Special Price at time of return will be refunded at the clearance price.
- Sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
- All Kickin' Ash Batteries and Chargers have a 30 day warranty against manufacture defects. If you believe your battery/charger is defective please contact us at [email protected] We will work with you to resolve the issue. If it can't be resolved we will have you mail it back to us and after inspection if there is no physical or liquid damage to the battery we will fix or replace the defective item.
*Due to the nature of eJuice/eLiquid it is not returnable. It can be easily contaminated. If you have an issue with our eJuice or any other product please use the contact us button and we will try to resolve the issue for you.
